New Place: Downtown St Petersburg
This assignment was one of the most enjoyable projects of my college career so far! Being told to go check out a place I've never been was very cool, because it motivated me to get out, be active, and explore and and appreciate our beautiful city/state! For all the fun, beautiful, and exciting things and locations around us, I'd like to be motivated like this every week to go visit something new! Living in Florida for 3 years now, it's disappointing that I had never been to downtown St. Pete before. I've been to the beach dozens of times, but I never got to check out the beauty of the city and everything that is there to offer! I explored the streets and cute shops in downtown, and also checked out two museums as well (Holocaust museum, Chihuly museum). Not only did I have a great time doing this assignment, but I also got lots of very cool pictures!
